The Southeast has become an increasingly important center for agricultural, retail and foodservice growth. In fact, the SPC is continually cultivating ideas to spread the word about the importance and benefits of the Southeast region and its impact on the produce industry.
In order to meet the growing demands and needs of this region, the SPC was formed as a non-profit organization to accomplish the following goals:
- To promote the consumption of fresh fruits & vegetables in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Virginia through good fellowship, cooperation and mutual interest among its members.
- Instill a high sense of professionalism and loyalty to each other.
- Support charitable causes in the Southeastern communities.
