Check list for all Attendees at Southern Exposure 2010
 
Retail & Foodservice Attendees:
  • Have you made your hotel reservations?
  • Have you registered for the Thursday March 4 Opening Day Golf Tournament?
  • Have you registered for the Friday Field Tours?
  • Have you made your travel arrangements?
Non Exhibitor Attendees:
  • We have a current wait list of ten and we will more than likely not have any further exhibitor cancellations. If you plan on attending you will need to register under the non exhibitor attendee registration.
  • Note that you must register In advance. We will not be accepting on site registrations.
  • The early registration fees are in place until February 1, 2010. Register as soon as possible to receive the discounted rate.
  • Non exhibitor attendee registration will close on February 20, 2010.

Exhibitors:
  • Have you ordered your name badges? February 1, 2010 is the last day to order your name badges and event tickets to have them mailed to you in advance.
  • Have you ordered your “I Love the 80’s” Gala Opening Party tickets and Keynote Luncheon tickets? Ticket prices will increase if ordered after February 1, 2010.
  • Have you registered for the Opening Day Golf Tournament? The deadline is February 15, 2010.
  • Have you made your hotel reservations?
  • Have you reviewed the Exhibitors Kit from Brede Allied?
  • Have you reviewed the instructions for shipping fresh produce for Southern Exposure 2010?

 

 

Broker Registrations:

  • Retail and foodservice brokers should register by February 1, 2010 to receive the early registration fee. Registration fees will increase on February 2, 2010.
  • Broker registration will close on February 20, 2010.
