Exhibitors should take special note that for Southern Exposure 2010 Dimare Fresh Tampa will be receiving all fresh produce items. In the past Brede Allied has received the fresh produce. Brede Allied will be receiving any booth fixtures, boxes, etc. and all other booth items that are not considered fresh produce items. Remember if it requires refrigeration it goes to Dimare Fresh, if it does not it goes to Brede Allied.
Please do not ship anything other than fresh items requiring refrigeration to Dimare Fresh.
Below are some guidelines and instructions for shipping your fresh items to Dimare Fresh Tampa.
· Dimare will receive your product between the following dates:
Wednesday February 24 through Wednesday March 3, 2010.
Any product received outside of these dates cannot be accepted.
· All boxes must be labeled and must have legible writing that includes your company name and booth number. If this information is not on each box shipped we cannot guarantee delivery to the Tampa Convention Center.
· All fresh items requiring refrigeration should be shipped to the following address:

Dimare Fresh will deliver all refrigerated product to the Tampa Convention Center on Friday March 6, 2010 prior to the 1:00 PM Phase I exhibitor set up.
