After reviewing the Southern Exposure 2010 post conference surveys, and based upon the recommendations of the Advisory Board we have made some changes in the registration policies and guidelines for Southern Exposure 2011 in Orlando.
Starting in 2011 all exhibitors must be members of the Southeast Produce Council. All attendees for Southern Exposure 2011 must register in advance by the cut-off date. On site registrations will not be available.
Exhibitors:
Each exhibitor is entitled to a maximum of four associate registrations for their exhibit fee. These four associates can attend the expo, educational workshops and the farewell reception. Tickets must be purchased for the Friday evening gala opening party and the keynote luncheon.
An exhibitor can register additional associates for the conference at the registration fee of $595.00 for each additional associate. The additional associate registration includes admittance to the expo, the educational workshops and the farewell reception.Tickets can be purchased for the Friday evening opening gala and the keynote luncheon.
Non Exhibitor Attendees:
The non exhibitor attendee registration is for those companies/organizations who wish to attend and not exhibit either by choice or due to all exhibit space being sold.
Non exhibitor attendee registration fees are the same as the exhibitor fees $2295.00 for members.
Non members can attend as non exhibitor attendees. The registration fees are $2695.00 for non members. The non exhibitor attendee registration entitles four to attend the expo, educational workshops and the farewell reception. Tickets can also be purchased for the Friday evening opening gala and the keynote luncheon.
Southern Exposure 2011 is limited to two hundred exhibitors. We will also carefully monitor the number of non exhibitor attendee registrations and will determine a maximum number permitted to ensure that the majority of those on the trade show floor are retail and foodservice attendees.
Brokers:
Starting in 2011 brokers can register as exhibitors or non exhibitor attendees at the rate of $2295.00 for members and $2695.00 for non members. The non exhibitor attendee registration entitles four to attend the expo, educational workshops and the farewell reception. Tickets for the Friday evening opening gala and the keynote luncheon can be purchased.
A broker can also be included as one of the exhibitor’s four associates that are provided under the exhibitor registration fee.
Opening Day Golf Tournament
We will continue the policy of anyone who plays golf must be registered for the conference.
Spouses:
Exhibitors who wish to have their spouses attend the Friday evening gala opening party can purchase a ticket for their spouses. Exhibitors wishing to have their spouses attend the expo or functions other than the gala opening party will need to include them as one of the four permitted under the exhibitor registration or they will need to purchase an additional association registration.
Trade Outs for Exhibit Space:
Due to an ever increasing waitlist for exhibit space at Southern Exposure we will no longer be able to offer trade outs for exhibit space.
We will continue to offer trade outs to the industry trade press for non exhibitor attendee registration fees. The maximum number of attendees will be four.
