Important Dates for All Exhibitors

January 15, 2009: 
All exhibitors who paid the initial 50% deposit for their exhibitor booth fee should note that the remaining balance is due on or before January 15, 2009.

February 1, 2009:
This is the final date to order your name badges, event tickets, and register for the opening day golf tournament. 

Check List for Exhibitors:
__ Have you ordered your name badges?
__ Have you ordered your tickets to the Friday Opening Gala?
__ Have you ordered your tickets to the Saturday Keynote Luncheon?
__ Have you made your hotel reservations?
__ Have you submitted your exhibitor description for the conference directory?
