Levels Of Sponsorship

We’ve created packaged sponsorship opportunities for those companies who are interested in supporting several events throughout the year at a discount price. The Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorships provide the following advantages:

  • Ensures maximum visibility throughout the year
  • Packaged rate provides substantial cost savings
  • All events are well attended and include retailers, wholesalers, foodservice distributors, growers and shippers
  • Sponsors receive exposure to potential buyers during their product’s peak season with a variety of events throughout the year. A short list of our retail and foodservice members include: The Kroger Company, Wal-Mart Supercenters, Harris Teeter, Brunos, Ingles Markets, SuperValu, Lowes Foods, BILO, Inc. Winn Dixie, Mitchell Grocery Company, Piggly Wiggly, Aidi,Inc., Save-A-Lot Stores and US Foodservice

Listed below are the levels of sponsorship available to vendors, suppliers, associations and the benefits associated with each sponsorship level.

LEVEL $ COMMITMENT
Platinum $13,000 or Above CULTIVATING IDEAS
Gold $8,000 - $12,999 GROWING RELATIONSHIPS
Silver $5,000 - $7,999 PRODUCING RESULTS
Bronze $3,000 - $4,999
Medallion $500 - $2,999

Once we have a commitment for a sponsorship level, the SPC will work closely with the company to ensure maximum exposure for the company and its products. The level of sponsorship is based on the support for events sponsored by the SPC for a calendar year.

PLATINUM LEVEL $13,000 OR ABOVE

  1. Company/Organization listed as a Platinum Sponsor in annual publications.
  2. Premium booth space at the Annual Exposition.
  3. Invitation to the exclusive VIP receptions at Southern Exposure and the Annual Fall Conference. This reception is by invitation only for Platinum Sponsors and our retail and foodservice attendees.
  4. VIP Retail or Foodservice Customer Southern Exposure Package (Platinum level sponsors can invite two retailers or foodservice buyers, category managers, produce directors etc. outside of the Southeast to attend and their airfare and hotel stay will be complimentary.)
  5. Front-page link to SPC website for one year.
  6. Use of SPC logo and name in their publications for the year.
  7. Four SPC jackets will be awarded to the sponsor and his or her associates.

GOLD LEVEL $8,000 - $12,999

  1. Company/Organization name mentioned as a Gold Sponsor in the annual publications.
  2. Premium booth space at annual exposition.
  3. VIP Retail or Foodservice Customer Southern Exposure Package (Gold level sponsors can invite a retailer or foodservice buyer, category manager, produce director etc. outside of the Southeast to attend and their airfare and hotel stay will be complimentary.)
  4. Sign paid for by SPC to include company name at all SPC events for the year.
  5. Front Page link to SPC website for one year.
  6. Use of SPC logo and name in their publications for the year.
  7. Gold level sponsors will receive for his/her associates four SPC shirts.

SILVER LEVEL $5,000 - $7,999

  1. Company/Organization name mentioned as a Silver Sponsor in the annual SPC publications.
  2. Link to the SPC website for a one-year period.
  3. Use of SPC logo/name in their publications for the year.
  4. VIP Retail or Foodservice Customer Southern Exposure Package (Silver level sponsors can invite a retailer or foodservice, customer buyer, category manager, produce director etc. outside of the southeast to attend hotel stay will be complimentary with 3 nights maximum.)
  5. Sign paid for by SPC to include company name at all SPC events for the year.
  6. Availability to show Sales Sheets at all SPC Dinner/Business Meeting events.
  7. The company will receive two SPC shirts announcing them as Silver Level Sponsors.

BRONZE LEVEL $3,000 - $4,999

  1. Company/Organization listed as a Bronze Sponsor in annual SPC publications.
  2. A link to the SPC website for one year.
  3. Bronze level sponsors will receive two SPC shirts.

MEDALLION LEVEL $500 - $2,999

  1. Company/Organization listed as a Medallion Sponsor in annual SPC publications.
  2. A link to the SPC website for one year.
  3. The company will receive one SPC golf shirt.
